Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in New Castle, Delaware. The job function involves a range of administrative tasks within a non-profit organization. Responsibilities:

• Conduct criminal background checks as part of administrative duties

• Manage and update Excel spreadsheets consistently

• Handle email correspondence efficiently and professionally

• Use Microsoft Outlook for organizing and scheduling

• Leverage Microsoft Word for document creation and editing

• Ensure authorizations are obtained accurately and timely

• Maintain meticulous records and databases

• Resolve any arising issues or inquiries. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year experience working in an administrative role

• Proficient in data entry tasks

• Ability to manage email correspondence effectively

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Outlook for scheduling and email management
