Position Overview:
Responsible for all aspects of administrative and philanthropy project support and management. Prepares and distributes highly confidential correspondence, reports and presentations. Provides complex and broad ranging administrative support including scheduling, communication, and projects using independent judgment. Works collaboratively with Sutter Health Philanthropy teams in order to ensure all services functions are coordinated with the intent to enable front-line fundraisers to attract increasingly high levels of philanthropic support.

EDUCATION:
Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.
Bachelor's: Business, Healthcare, Marketing or related field
TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:
2 years of recent relevant experience.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
Working knowledge of planned giving, campaign fundraising, healthcare fundraising and the healthcare industry.
Ability to represent the organization in the community through written, verbal and presentation communication skills.
Analytical and project management skills. detailed oriented, ability to take initiative, follow-through and set priorities.
Ability to use information systems to support fundraising activities.
Capable of working both independently and as a team member; self-starter.
Ability to collaborate effectively with others and to promote and articulate the mission of Sutter Health and Philanthropy.

Pay Range is $37.13 to $55.69 / hour
The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs.
