Description:

　　A large installer of commercial fence focused in SE Michigan is seeking a Project Scheduler to organize, implement, and maintain scheduling for all projects and their installation crews.

　　Create Internal schedule based upon labor, material lead time and subcontractor availability.

　　Further duties include monitoring project timelines, evaluating performance, preparing project progress reports, and keeping stakeholders informed of project timelines and deadlines

　　General Tasks:

　　Scheduling jobs through customer schedule & crew Cost

　　Job Cost Reports

　　Tool and equipment scheduled to crews

　　Scheduling of in house semi truck deliveries

　　Verify materials are available for project

　　Enforce Company Policies

　　Daily Field Reports reviewed by crew

　　As-Built for projects upon completion of the work

　　Manage Crew Overtime

　　Layoff Crew Members

　　Hire Crew Members

　　Stolen Tool Reports

　　Concrete Deliveries

　　Billing on all projects

　　Foreman Meetings

　　Answer Foremen Requests

　　Hire & Manage Sub-Contractors

　　Weather Days Forecast and Planned

　　Approve Job Site Time Tickets

　　Stolen Tool Reports Filed

　　Attend Production Meetings
