Position Summary The Full Compass Customer ServiceRepresentative (CSR) is responsible for providing superior service toFull Compass customers with each interaction. The CSR facilitates salesand provides information to the Full Compass customer and providesoverflow support to customers that are assigned to our National SalesRepresentatives. The CSR cultivates potential and current customers byprocessing incoming orders, answering questions, providing guidance onPro Audio, Video, and Lighting products to Compass Express, Web, and FDWWholesale customers, and maintains customer accounts by recordingaccount information in our CRM. Essential Job Functions Provide thehighest quality of customer service including applying attentivelistening and demonstrating a positive demeanor over the telephone.Provide timely follow-up for customers. Resolve product or serviceproblems: clarifying customer complaints; determining causes of issues;selecting and explaining the best solution to resolve the issue;expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.Assist National Sales Representatives in servicing and facilitatingsales for their customers to the extent of the Customer ServiceRepresentative\'s ability. Handle incoming calls expeditiously andprofessionally while being mindful of incoming calls that may be in thequeue. Continuously strive to increase product knowledge in all areas ofour industry while remaining current in the latest and developingtrends. Demonstrate a solid understanding of FCS\' communicationprocedures and guidelines. Demonstrate consistent and predictableattendance. Demonstrate a positive approach and attitude by workingeffectively and constructively with others. Attend Full Compass-assignedvendor and product training demonstrations, departmental meetings, andquarterly company meetings. Extend courtesy to all co-workers, whichincludes assisting in the departments of CXW, E-Bay, Amazon andReception when they are absent. Maintain good housekeeping of work areasto provide a safe, clean, organized, efficient, and pleasant workenvironment. Portray a professional image that is consistent with thecompany\'s goals of fairness and honesty to suppliers. Be prepared forand participate in meetings. Other duties as assigned.
