　　What will you do?

　　Key role in Product Development that drives quality, ensuring projects adhere to standard processes

　　Coaches project team members in agile/lean methods, may act as a SCRUM master in agile projects.

　　Ensures the implementation of quality improvement methods and improve process performance management (e.g. 8D, RCA, FMEA).

　　Drives lessons learned across projects and within production to improve processes

　　Ensures the implementation and improvement of project quality reporting as an integrated part of project reporting.

　　Develops, controls, and ensures the implementation of a quality plan

　　Support Change Management and Risk Assessment

　　Project Management Responsibilities

　　Manage projects according to the company’s established project management methodologies, including lean, agile, and visualization tools.

　　Develop project schedules, milestones, and work packages, together with the project team, functional groups, and contractors.

　　Provide regular reporting on project progress, technical challenges, risks and mitigation plans, schedule and cost tracking

　　Complete technical project tasks using lean manufacturing and/or technical engineering skills.

　　Establish purchasing and contract scope, deliverables, authorization and tracking with Financial Controller and Purchasing.

　　What will you need to succeed?

　　Degree or Diploma in Engineering or related Technical field

　　5 years or more experience in a Manufacturing environment

　　3 years or more experience in Project Management

　　Professional Designations in Engineering and Project Management (PMP, PM@Siemens, P.Eng)

　　Knowledge in Quality management, Project Management, and Lean Manufacturing methodologies. Including but not limited to; Lean 6sigma black belt, PMBok, Toyota Production system

　　Siemens Product Life Cycle Management Process Knowledge

　　Experience in software tools such as SAP, TeamCenter, PowerBI
