　　Responsibilities:

　　Collaborate with Engineers in establishing client’s requirements and purchase request

　　Advise Engineers on selection of procurement strategy and compliance

　　Prepare cost estimation for BMS and maintenance contracts

　　Prepare Subcontractor and frame agreement

　　Handle Subcontractor interview and assessment, evaluation, recommendation and award

　　Advise cost reduction status regularly

　　Requirements:

　　Degree or higher diploma in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Procurement, Logistics or business

　　Over 3 years solid track records of hands-on the process of RfQ, eBidding & Contracts handling

　　Strong business orientation, customer focus and decision-making ability

　　Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills

　　Proficient in English and Cantonese

　　Remarks:
