　　GPC is seeking an Project Manager / Estimator in Training to work under an experienced construction manager in the planning and delivery of construction projects. They will help ensure that the work is completed on time and within budget. They will organize logistics, delegate work, and keep track of budget. The person will also assist with and learn to estimate costs for projects.

　　RESPONSIBILITIES:

　　Developmental position for project manager and/or estimatorPlan review/coordination with designers and Project ManagerConstruction submittal review/coordinationSchedule creation/managementDevelop preliminary/conceptual budgets.Subcontract administrationDevelop take-offs and cost estimates.Job Cost ManagementCoordination with onsite project teamREQUIREMENTS:
