About Receptionist (weekends)

　　Weekend Receptionist - Salary range from \$15.50 to \$16.50/hour Casualweekends 8am-2pm and 2pm-8pm Per Diem weekdays and evenings, 8am-4pm and4pm-8pm Primary Responsibilities: Answers, screens and transferstelephone calls to appropriate personnel in a courteous, professionalmanner. Takes accurate messages. Uses paging and intercom systemappropriately. Greets and directs visitors in a friendly manner.Prerequisites: High school graduate or G.E.D. with typing skills andknowledge of basic office procedures. Professional, pleasanttelephone/communication skills. Possess the ability to deal with staff,visitors and residents in a professional, compassionate manner.
