　　Mott MacDonald is looking for an experienced and motivated deputy project/program manager to support our clients throughout the New Jersey and New York area.You will service as the deputy project manager on various planning, design, and construction services projects. This position will sit in either our NYC or Iselin, NJ offices.

　　Responsibilities are as following:

　　Serve as deputy project manager, including large and complex projects with multi-discipline project teamsServe as project manager, supervising less experienced project managers on smaller less complex projectsSupervise and direct preparation of plans and specifications for new facilities and rehabilitation of existing facilitiesSupervise and direct construction engineering support services.Build new relationships and manage existing client relationships

　　The ideal candidate will have the following experience:

　　BS degree in civil, environmental, or mechanical engineeringPE license preferred or ability to obtain in the state of New Jersey or New York within 6 months5+ years experience in planning, design, and/or construction management of water and/or wastewater infrastructure projects, with substantial focus on public drinking water systems.Experience with projects, clients, and regulatory agencies in New Jersey and New York.Strong technical skills and technical leadership experience.Experience in managing multi-discipline projectsExperience in managing and growing client relationships.

　　Salary Range: $105,000-$135,000
