Description

　　Robert Half has a new direct-hire opportunity for a full-time Accounts Receivable Supervisor. This role will handle all accounts receivable functions for commercial (b2b) accounts and manage a small team. Candidates with strong backgrounds in commercial environments are encouraged to apply. 　　Responsibilities

　　Collections calls to past due accounts

　　Credit analysis and oversight

　　Managing a small department of AR professionals

　　Handle all AR reporting for leadership

　　Resolving any payment or billing related inquiries

　　Update and maintain accounting database with data entry and reports

　　Process accounts receivable

　　Negotiate payment plans as needed

　　Update and manage vendor accounts

　　Process credit card deposits

　　Special accounting projects as assigned

　　Requirements

　　Qualifications

　　3+ years of accounts receivable experience

　　1+ year(s) of management or team lead experience

　　Experience collecting on past due accounts in a commercial (b2b) environment

　　Strong written and verbal communication skills

　　Highly detail-oriented

　　Superior customer service and data entry abilities
