　　Position: Project Manager- Site Development- GBA

　　Location: Lenexa, KS

　　Project Manager- Site Development- Lenexa, Kansas

　　We are looking for a Civil Engineer with 5+ years of experience toassist the Civil/Site Development group in our Lenexa, KS HQ office as aProject Manager. The Civil/Site team provides site design andconstruction documents for a wide variety of commercial, industrial,municipal, and residential developments including mixed use, office,retail, multi and single family residential, warehouse/distribution,medical, and recreational facilities.

　　Responsibilities

　　Provide management of projects and site engineering plans to includesite plan layouts, site grading, storm drainage, water, utility,street and sanitary sewer design, and erosion control plans.Provide oversight and quality control reviews for calculations,design drawings, and specifications for civil/site projects.Provide oversight and quality control reviews for collection andanalysis of field data.Prepare written studies and project design technical reports.Attend meetings with clients to deliver information and projectstatus updates.Oversight of construction observation activitiesCoach and mentor younger staffLead project team to coordinate with utility providers, contractors,and permitting authorities.Assist in project pursuits and proposal preparation.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications

　　BS in Civil Engineering or closely related engineering degreeKansas Licensed Professional Engineer or ability to obtainlicensure.5+ years of related civil design experienceAdept at working on fast-paced projects.Experience using AutoCAD and Microsoft Word and Excel softwarerequired.Experience using HEC-HMS preferred.Possess effective communication skills, both written and oralMust be able to work effectively both on a team and individually.Travel:

　　Some local day and overnight travel may be necessary for this position.
