　　SAIC is seeking a Project Manager/Scrum Manager (Digital Thread) to join our energized Engineering Innovation Factory Team of solution architects and digital engineers to define and build the Digital Engineering Ecosystem; a packaged digital thread solution that fuels the Digital Engineering Transformation across our entire industry. Our work creating digital ecosystems span an exciting variety of programs, customers and corporate initiatives requiring Digital Engineering and Model Based Enterprise applications and infrastructure deployed in Defense, Federal Civilian, and/or National Security environments. This job can be performed anywhere within the U.S – preference on Reston, VA, Huntsville, AL, or Charleston, SC.

　　As part of our Engineering Innovation Factory Team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operational aspects of multiple ongoing projects and serve as liaison between customer and the development team. The chosen candidate will work in an AGILE Environment utilizing agile and traditional project management methods to support project execution.

　　Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with team leads, customers and developers. Responsible for ensuring requirements are well documented and being accomplished including working on the definition and implementation of project planning techniques to provide visibility.

　　Subject matter expertise and ability to take ownership of projects

　　Demonstrated experience as an agile project manager (scrum, Safe, etc)

　　Document solution configurations and use cases

　　Test applications and build test cases and scenarios

　　Coach members of your teams, sharing skills and motivation as needed

　　Qualifications

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　U.S. Citizenship is required

　　Must be able to obtain/maintain a TS/SCI clearance as needed

　　Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years of experience, Master's Degree and 8+ years of experience, or a PhD or JD and 5+ years of experience. Will consider additional years of experience in lieu of education

　　At least 3 years of experience with large software development including enterprise applications like PLM, ERP, MES

　　Expertise with Agile methodology (SAFe, Scrum, etc)

　　Basic understanding of domain specific tools like CAD, CAM, MBSE/SysML, CAE/Simulation, Testing, etc.

　　Desired Skills:

　　Experience with Agile project management tools such as Azure DevOps, etc. 

　　Knowledge and experience with SAFe principles.

　　Must be able to write clear, understandable Requirements, SOW, Specification documents, and Use Cases.  

　　Familiar with software development process

　　Proven ability to work effectively and collaborate in a dynamic, fast paced, team oriented environment

　　Experience supporting US Federal Government agencies and processes

　　Experience or familiarity with Agile methodology (SAFe, Scrum, etc)
