This role has responsibility for the execution & strategy of all building-related projects for Instron High Wycombe site. You will be responsible for a multi-disciplinary team preserving the good condition of infrastructure and ensuring that facilities are safe and well-functioning. This role also supports the H&S manager and oversees all facilities related activities ensuring that the legal requirements and Health & Safety standards are met and that safe-working environment and culture are achieved.
We are looking for a Project Manager - Site and Facilities. The position is responsible for:
Support the Low Force Operations Manager with focus on program goals to efficiently deliver the Facilities Roadmap, Long-range plans and Strategy of the Dynamic Systems business.
Act as advisor to Low Force Operations Manager on Facilities roadmap timelines, internal resource and outsourcing allocation and changes required, risks to delivery and feasibility of future opportunities.
Development of work instructions and procedures related to the maintenance of the facility in line with appropriate H&S requirements.
Daily management of facilities and utilities of the site in High Wycombe including the facilities team.
Liaise with relevant people to ensure that all planned works are completed to standard/time/ budget and in accordance with health and safety regulations
Ensure all utilities, plumbing, heating and electrical services are fit for purpose and properly maintained through planned maintenance and continuous improvement plans.
Ensure sites are clean, tidy safe and secure, presenting the appropriate image of The company to visitors and clients and ensuring a safe and pleasant working environment for staff
Develop and operate budgets and capital expenditure plans.
Mentor and support development of team members.
Lead continuous improvement to process, procedure, documentation and implementation.
