The Project Manager (PM) oversees construction projects and associated documentation through the completion of the project. The PM works alongside the development team to shepherd the project from the proposal stage and estimating process while meeting the client needs and company requirements.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThese duties are those typically performed in this position.
