　　Job Responsibilities:

　　Compile and analyze financial information in order to prepare financial statements as periodically required by management and in compliance with accepted policies and procedures

　　Coordinates Month End closing process and ensure deadlines are met

　　Performs monthly closing activities including preparation and approval of journal entries

　　Prepare local tax returns and other local statutory requirements which include among others the supporting details for annual income tax filing for site

　　Prepare for submission to external auditors of statutory and local financial account including schedules and lead sheets

　　Coordinates statutory audit requirements

　　Assists in the development and installation of accounting systems, procedures, and controls

　　Supports SOX reporting and testing

　　Assists in legal compliance with local statutory agencies not limited to PEZA, SEC, and BIR

　　Conducts user training for financial applications at the site

　　Ensures JDE system integrity and accuracy of general ledger and cost accounting data

　　Secure financial information by completing back ups and protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.

　　Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, maintaining industry network and participating in professional organization

　　Assist in other tax and accounting related concern

　　Adheres to and participates in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and wellbeing of self and others.

　　Requirements :

　　Minimum of 5 years related experience

　　Experienced understanding of general accounting and Philippine Tax.

　　Process oriented with strong organizational skills.

　　Detail oriented with ability to perform accurate, high volume data processing.

　　Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

　　Deadline oriented, thoroughness, confidentiality and corporate finance knowledge.

　　Ability to work independently and use judgement to prioritize request.
