How You’ll Make an Impact
As the Project Manager for the Digital Grid – IoT& Edge (DG IoE) organization, you are a key figure when it comes toimplementing and delivering sold contracts for the region of the Americas.
You are the key figure when it comes to effectivelydelivering sold projects in the Americas.
You lead stakeholders, project timeline, deliveryscope, required services, and all other execution-related activities accordingto defined Project Management standards and customer requirements to guaranteeDG IoE success in the Americas.
You provide comprehensive lessons learned fromongoing or finalized projects to improve overall processes and strategy.
You feed insights into the DG IoE organization toguarantee constant portfolio improvement and customer-centricity.
You support the constant improvement of ProjectManagement processes based on market feedback and experiences.
What You Bring (requirements)
Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) inengineering, power engineering, electrical engineering, or comparable technicaleducation (equivalent experience may substitute educational requirements)
3+ years of experience and proven success record insimilar roles driving new digital products and digital transformation.
Technical experience in the energy industry
You are thrilled by new technologies, youunderstand IoT, digitalization, and automation and you keep an eye on thelatest developments in this space.
Strong drive and understanding of digitaltechnology as well as a customer-centric attitude.
Ability to interact with international team membersand customers in English, Portuguese, and Spanish
Creativity, the ability to work in a team, and anhonest and open personality.
Applicants must be legally authorized foremployment in the United States without the need for current or futureemployer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with currentvisa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
