We use customer data and analytics to help us understand and improve our customers’ experiences, drive customer retention, and encourage brand loyalty. Our team is diverse, with skillsets and responsibilities ranging from graphic design, content creation and performance marketing to internal communications and loyalty & rewards programs. We work together to provide expertise and guidance, so that the Staples brand is well represented in all areas.
What you’ll be doing:
· Partner with Manager, Dotcom Customer Marketing to develop and execute coordinated marketing campaigns targeting customers across customer lifecycle stages to drive growth and retention.
· Execute efficiently and effectively on all customer communication campaigns primarily email, SMS and direct mail.
· Communicate internally and externally and collaborate in all stages from planning to campaign deployment.
· Escalate issues that could impact timelines, dependencies and/or budget.
· Coordinate across multiple projects and prioritize appropriately.
· Maintain all schedules, process and procedures associated with campaign execution (data, creative, operations, etc.)
· Draft creative briefs for creative team, collect and provide feedback, proof all materials prior to deployment, and give final approval.
· Leverage program metrics, customer-level data & research to measure program effectiveness and to continuously improve campaign.
What you bring to the table:
· Detail oriented, highly organized individual with strong project management skills
· Strong communication skills, both oral and written
· Ability to work well independently and within a team setting including across multiple internal teams
Qualifications :
What’s needed- Basic Qualifications
2+ years of related work experienceWhat’s needed- Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency in MS Office applications, specifically MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines at one time while adjusting quickly to changing priorities and campaign timelines
Background in customer lifecycle marketing and program execution within a test/learn framework preferred
Prior experience in marketing
