　　Manage all scheduling with involved subcontractors, employees and materialsshipmentsCoordinate renovation projects from bid to certificate of occupancyWork closely with Store Managers to organize budgets, timelines, etc.Source and manage qualified resourcesPlay an integral role in, forming long-term relationships with clients andpursuing new work, including strategy development, positioning,proposing, and negotiating contracts
