Position Summary:
Responsible for developing and implementing compensation project(s) andinitiative(s). This includes project planning and approvals, stakeholdermanagement, establishing a timeline, budget, communication andimplementation. May directly or indirectly manage a team assigned to theprojec
Essential Functions:
Leads projects related to compensation policy, program development andadministration, including development of project approach, detailedproject plan and timeline, identifying issues and recommending solutions.
Develops partnerships with key stakeholders and anticipate and resolvestakeholder resistance and other risks in order to bring others along to adesired outcome.
Conducts cost and other statistical analyses as needed for the assignedproject(s) or initiative(s).
Resolves escalated questions or concerns as it relates to the assigned projector initiative.
Develop and or partner with communications team to develop communicationdeliverables including training materials, presentations and writtencommunications to stakeholder audiences.
Identifies opportunities for process improvements and introduces bestpractices.
Participates in departmental processes and/or efficiency initiatives.
Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
Job QualificationsBachelor's degree preferredA minimum of 5 years' experience of proven project management and execution.Experience working with and analyzing large data sets within Microsoft Excel.

Salary/ Wage Range$82,800.00-$121,600.00 / year
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including acandidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and mayfall outside of the range shown.
