　　What does a successful RN look like?At least 1 year of hands on nursing experienceExperience within fast paced settings such as ER, CCU, ICU, MedSurg and Dialysis (Hemo, PD, HHD, CRRT) idealADN / BSN / Diploma in Nursing with an active current RN license in MichiganConfident in working independently as floor lead for patients and team of PCTsFlexibility and availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays as neededSomeone who is eager to learn and expand their nursing experience
