　　Overview of the role:

　　Responsible for the coordination and completion of project/program.

　　Oversees all aspects of projects.

　　Sets deadlines assigns responsibilities and monitors and summarizes progress of project/program.

　　Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project/program.

　　Familiar with a variety of the program management's concepts practices and procedures.

　　Sustainability Audit or Risk experience a plus.

　　Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

　　Performs a variety of tasks.

　　Leads and directs the work of others.

　　Reports to the Carbon Program Governance Lead. Supports a project for cross-functional team of over 50 members. Must have the ability to multitask and management competing priorities.

　　Requirements

　　Duties include support to the following key projects:

　　Responsible for the day-to-day management of the project oversight in Asana. Must have familiarity with Asana and other strong program management skills. Project is complex with multiple components and workstream.

　　Support assurance program execution and remediation oversight. Confirm the status of remediation and escalate as needed.

　　Provide coordination for meetings and documentation requests

　　Ad hoc research and coordination tasks

　　Project tracking updates and management reporting dashboards

　　Key Performance and Key Risk indicator reporting on a weekly basis.
