We are seeking committed and passionate Expanded Learning Program Instructors to lead academic, physical, and enrichment activities as part of our East Bay Expanded Learning Programs. As a Program Instructor you will lead and mentor up to 20 youth in an afterschool setting. 　　Minimum Requirements

　　No experience required

　　Available Monday through Friday 20 hours per week, afternoons until 6 pm

　　Ability to reliably commute to Richmond

　　Commitment to social justice and leadership

　　Passionate about learning and youth development: K-12

　　Ability to work in a collaborative team environment

　　Work Hours: Monday,Tues,Thursday, Friday 2pm-6pm/ Wednesdays 1pm-6pm

　　Preferred:

　　Commitment to a full school year, able to practice open, clear and consistent communication, commitment to participate in professional developmentResponsibilities:

　　Support and maintain a safe and emotionally supportive environment

　　Create, plan, & execute lesson plans that support school day learning

　　Collaborate with youth to support their learning and development (youth-driven curriculum)
