Job Details The primary responsibility of this position is to assess care plan, implement and evaluate care treatment and services provided to assigned patient / resident. Provides oversight and/or implements treatments, dispenses medications, and perform other nursing functions as needed on a regular basis. Appropriately delegate patient care to nursing staff based on patient care needs. Assign and supervise the activity of Nursing Assistants to assure that residents receive adequate assistance with personal hygiene and in carrying out daily activity. Assure that documentation regarding significant change in status such as eating habits, mental orientation, emotional status, safety and physical condition is made in the resident/patient electronic medical record. Assess plan, implement and evaluate care, treatment and services for all new admissions. Prepare and/or coordinate Nursing Report at end of shift under the direction of Charge Nurse / Nurse Manager / NCC. Assure that medications and treatments is being given as prescribed and according to physician’s order and nursing policy Salary Range USD $46.35 - USD $49.15 /Hr. The pay for this position ranges from $ 46.35 - $ 49.15 per hour/per year. This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
