"Our life-sciences agency client is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join their team fulltime. This will be an onsite or hybrid onsite role based in Manhattan or Raleigh, NC. The ideal candidate will have ability to wear many hats and work on multiple projects at once vs. one large project at a time. This is a boutique agency with a fun and collective culture where everyone jumps in to help as needed.The Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end execution of projects. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and maintaining efficient project workflows. Responsibilities-Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.-Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project completion.-Communicate regularly with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project goals are met.-Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to address issues and keep projects on track.-Manage project risks and proactively identify potential roadblocks.-Ensure project documentation is up-to-date and maintained appropriately.-Maintain a high level of quality control throughout the project lifecycle.Requirements:-At least 4 years of project management experience in the marketing/advertising industry - must have small agency experience!-Strong leadership skills and experience managing cross-functional teams.-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.-Experience with project management tools.-Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.-Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Basic hours of work are five days per week (Mon-Fri), 9am 6.30pm, with 1 hour lunch.
