　　Analysis of time and motion, methods, estimating, process engineering, and plant layout for assigned areas to ensure balanced methods and available capacity to meet customer demandImplement factory manufacturing processes, systems, equipment, and materials in terms of their associated cost, time, ergonomic, quality, and quantity factorsAssist in recommended changes, collect information for capital justifications, and participate in the design and development of new manufacturing processes, systems, equipment, and materials to contribute to the assigned area's short- and long-term economic objectivesWrite and distribute manufacturing changes and associated operating work instructions to all affected personnel on the shop floor as well as train operators on the product and process changesAssists in the installation of new equipment and helps train employees in the proper use of the equipmentTracks submitted requisitions and purchase ordersUpdate routings and Manufacturing bill of materials (MBOM) with direction from managementProblem-Solving
