Responsibilities:
Support multiple project managers by assisting with various procedures and activities, coordinating and planning efforts to effectively complete paperwork associated with assigned projects while maintaining a smooth workflow.Assist with the preparation of subcontracts; track changes; prepare and maintain files, assist in issuing change orders and monitor status.Enter job number requisition, labor reporting data, and assign job numbers.Assist with submittal of permit applications and inspection requests.Coordinate shop drawing submittals, samples, cut sheets, Request for Information (RFI), Operation and Maintenance manuals, and as-builts; Create and print panel directories and wire labels. Obtain and print drawings as needed.Coordinate timesheets for billing; interface with company project managers and external customers to obtain information.Reconcile extra work authorizations with project change orders; Prepare special billing formats for invoicing.Additional duties as required.Qualifications:
High school graduate2 + years business experience, construction industry experience is preferredKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
