  Responsibilities:

  Support multiple project managers by assisting with various procedures and activities, coordinating and planning efforts to effectively complete paperwork associated with assigned projects while maintaining a smooth workflow.Assist with the preparation of subcontracts; track changes; prepare and maintain files, assist in issuing change orders and monitor status.Enter job number requisition, labor reporting data, and assign job numbers.Assist with submittal of permit applications and inspection requests.Coordinate shop drawing submittals, samples, cut sheets, Request for Information (RFI), Operation and Maintenance manuals, and as-builts; Create and print panel directories and wire labels. Obtain and print drawings as needed.Coordinate timesheets for billing; interface with company project managers and external customers to obtain information.Reconcile extra work authorizations with project change orders; Prepare special billing formats for invoicing.Additional duties as required.Qualifications:

  High school graduate2 + years business experience, construction industry experience is preferredKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  Proficient with Microsoft OfficeViewpoint experience a plusAble to work under pressure and prioritize between competing demandsExcellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail and ability to effectively manage multiple projects for multiple managers with a short turn-around timeAble to complete assigned tasks accurately and on time with minimal supervisionExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a collaborative environmentAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
