Job Responsibilities

Lead and manage accounting projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet financial goals and regulatory requirements.

Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines, and monitor progress against these plans.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, to define project scope and objectives.

Identify and mitigate risks and issues related to accounting projects.

Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and senior management.

Manage project resources, including financial and personnel resources.

Critical Skills Experience Requirements

Proven experience in project management within the accounting or finance field.

Strong financial acumen and understanding of accounting principles and regulations.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; CPA certification is a plus.
