Description We are looking for a dedicated Project Manager to join our team in NEW YORK, New York. As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing an office relocation. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity where you will need to employ your strong organizational skills and hands-on approach to ensure the successful completion of the project.

Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the planning and execution of an office move to a new location

• Utilize project management tools such as Atlassian Jira to track and manage project progress

• Apply knowledge of Cloud Technologies, CRM, and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning to streamline processes

• Coordinate with IBM and About Time to optimize project timelines

• Implement Agile Scrum methodologies to facilitate efficient workflow

• Oversee budget processes to ensure financial efficiency

• Maintain clear lines of communication with all stakeholders involved in the project

• Ensure all construction work related to the move is executed as per plan Requirements • Proven proficiency in Atlassian Jira

• Demonstrable experience with Cloud Technologies

• Ability to effectively utilize CRM tools

• Extensive knowledge in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Familiarity with IBM systems and software

• Proficient in using About Time software for project management

• Experience in Agile Scrum methodology

• Understanding and experience in budget processes

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
