Position: Project ManagerLocation: Belgrade, SerbiaGrade: 12
Main responsibility: Coordinating Customer projects.
Position summary and key areas of responsibility:
Receipt of the order form relating to the Project, where necessary seeking additional information concerning the scope and deadlines from the Sales team, TS Manager or National Support from the sales team / TS manager / technical support
Contact sales to obtain information about the customer base to be migrated or updated
Contact the CSM for the account to gather information about the customer base (via customer numbers in Oracle)
Preparation of the work file for creating the SRs
Creation of SRs (mass upload)
Contact the Territory Managers to define the scheduling of operations
Once the identity of the technicians to be involved has been confirmed by the TM (NCR technicians or subcontractors): dispatch of equipment via the mail service or subcontractor and monitoring of equipment arrival
Informing the Customer of the defined schedule
Informing Technicians and TMs about the Project, sending documentation
Management of escalations (customer contact point)
Follow-up on penalty notices and send them to the customer. In the absence of a penalty notice, tracking of interventions in Oracle with
SR closures
Request for invoicing from the customer (monthly), then transmission of information to the Customer team.
Fulfilment (SOS) team to prepare and send the invoice.
