The bank has over 50 projects that will enhance the way we serve our customers and create a better way to work. We are looking for an energetic leader to help us think strategically, solve problems, and create the most efficient way to complete and implement projects.
As a Project Manager with Mercantile Bank, you will own your assigned projects. Owning the project from start to finish means that you will work with a variety of business units and department leaders to gather preliminary project information, secure appropriate approval, initiate kickoff meetings, identify the appropriate project scope, budget, and timeline. You will also be required to create detailed project plans to track and document progress, hurdles, and outcomes throughout the project.
You will regularly report out to project teams, stakeholders and proj
