　　As a Project Manager with Mercantile Bank, you will own your assigned projects. Owning the project from start to finish means that you will work with a variety of business units and department leaders to gather preliminary project information, secure appropriate approval, initiate kickoff meetings, identify the appropriate project scope, budget, and timeline.
