　　Northrop Grumman Defense Systems (NGDS) is currently seeking a Project Management professional to provide support to our Advanced Weapons (AW) business in Northridge, CA. This position supports program execution, reporting directly into the program office. Responsible for ensuring alignment and integration across all elements of the organization to include Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, Planning, Property Management, Support Equipment and Program Management. The Project Management professional will support cross-functional teams focused on growing the business while meeting budget and schedule tracking contractual requirements.

　　Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.

　　The Project Manager responsibilities:

　　Work closely with the program PMO & IPTLs to ensure AARGM-ER execution is efficient and effective

　　Coordinate and facilitate government customer meetings and internal program meetings

　　Risk and Opportunity Management

　　Assist the Program Manager with monitoring cost/schedule of program teams

　　Track program actions and drive closures

　　Continuously seek process improvements

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience OR 7 years of experience in project management

　　Must be able to acquire a DoD Secret Clearance

　　Demonstrated experience with SharePoint Development

　　Proficient in the Word, Excel and PowerPoint

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Active DoD Secret Clearance or Higher

　　Familiarity with USG program execution process

　　Salary Range: $72,100.00 - $108,100.00

　　Salary Range: $72,100 - $108,100

　　The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

　　Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
