Description:
As an Audience Development Manager, you'll be responsible for growing our social media & video channels’ audiences and engagement. As a champion of
data-driven decision-making, you will help create actionable plans to supercharge our content and channels through strategic content programming, best-practices implementation, and applied data analytics. Via consistent high-quality reporting and communications, you will equip the teams with actionable content performance improvement plans. You will also be responsible for optimizing the Audience Development team’s use of analytics tools, establishing robust data-tagging systems, and implementing data-automations & dashboards - all in service of driving reporting and workflow efficiencies. This role directly supports and guides the franchise social analysts who sit on the team.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
● Love and Passion for gaming and the industry
● People/team management experience
● Experience with optimization tools like VidIQ and Tubebuddy
● Experience in gaming or related industries (entertainment)
● Experience with Wrike or other project management tools
● Data-science / statistics experience
● Project management experience
