SCOPE:*Expertly manage complex and high-risk projects, leveraging cross-functional resources and capabilities, and effectively managing stakeholder interactions in an Agile environment.*Lead initiatives while managing scope, schedule, and budget from planning through execution, with direction from Digital Platform Manager and the PMO Director.*Proactively manage risks, oversight, and resolution of significant issues and/or concerns that may be detrimental to success of the strategic initiatives.*Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality technical solutions that drive key business strategic outcomes.*Lead cross functional teams through all phases of the lifecycle, from discovery to launch, in accordance with PMO standards, expectations, and supporting tools.*Conduct meetings, facilitate collaborations, and eliminate barriers affecting progress.*Engage team members to ensure completion of tasks in a timely fashion.*Provide project updates, milestones, and challenges to senior executive leadership.*Conceptualize and develop project documentation and communicate documentation to business team leaders on a regular basis.*Collaborate with the Change Management organization to define the methods and techniques for implementation to ensure change across initiatives is successful.REQUIRED SKILLS:*Proven track record managing multiple complex projects, preferably involving ERP business transformation to meet stated business goals, budgets, and objectives.*Preferred in-depth knowledge of ERP technology and business processes.*Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, and communication abilities.*Extensive experience in leadership and management oversight on large and/or highly complex projects with high impact and visibility.*Ability to facilitate negotiations between stakeholders and sponsors around scope and priority.*Strong customer focus with ability to interpret and analyze customer requirements.*Knowledge and experience with Agile practices.*Excellent presentation, communication, and written communication skills to be able to communicate with stakeholders of different levels.Required* BS/BA degree and 7 years of relevant project management experience* MS/MA or higher and 5 years of relevant project management experience.Desired* PMP Certification* Agile Certification(s)Spectra Tech's policy is to give equal opportunity to all qualified persons without regard to race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, individuals with a disability, genetic information, sexual orientation, protected veteran status, or any other basis prohibited by applicable law.
