　　Position Description

　　The Snack Bar Attendant position operates the Burger Bar, Slice N Dice, the TDR, and/or the Coffee Shop during a scheduled shift. This position requires the ability to handle cash, and operate coffee and food service equipment. Position may include serving alcohol. Limited food preparation skills and extensive customer service skills are required. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Seneca Gaming Corporation’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives.

　　Position Requirements

　　Each position has varying minimum qualifications. In the absence of fully qualified candidates, some requirements may be waived.

　　Education/Experience:

　　Must be 18 years of age or older upon employment.

　　High school diploma or its equivalency preferred.

　　Must have limited cash handling, limited coffee shop and some degree of food production experience.

　　Previous customer service experience preferred.

　　Language Skills and Reasoning Ability:

　　Must possess excellent communication skills.

　　Ability to write routine correspondence and to speak effectively to the public, employees and customers.

　　Must have the ability to deal effectively and interact well with the customers and employees.

　　Must have the ability to resolve problems/conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.
