Client Delivery Partner
The Delivery Partner fosters long-term relationships with clients, empowering C-levels to devise business strategy and execute effectively. Establishing a resilient trust in Prolifics with precision is key to success in this role.The Delivery Partner demonstrates accountability to the client, including executive advisory on solutions, growth strategy, and further project innovation, reinforcing a culture of business results and client advocacy.
Responsibilities
Advisory to client C-suite with ongoing and in-depth understanding of the client’s industry and market conditions
Confidently and consistently demonstrates expertise and leverages relationships to capture thought leadership within client ecosystem
Manage a portfolio of projects. Ensures that the projects deliver the value/ROI expected of the engagement, including quality, budget, and timelines.
Serve as the first level of escalation point beyond the Project Manager for all services delivery activity to assigned customers. Leads project teams in the resolution of customer project issues, negotiates win/win agreements, escalating project/project issues effectively.
Conduct regular delivery reviews to manages project related issues and mitigate cost and schedule over-runs to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Collaborate and share project level insight with Account Team to give the customer an enhanced experience across touchpoints.
Affords leadership to Prolifics teams on strategy for successful client engagement
Maintain billable utilization and manage the forecast of that utilization.
Anchor the Proposal preparation for the projects in the account in collaboration with Engineering and Consulting Teams as needed
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in managing technical services
10+ years of experience in Project Management with large organizations
Proven record of success with large IT organizations with a focus on managed or professional service delivery
Demonstrated experience influencing C-Suite decision making
Exceptional ability to manage partner or enablement, including upskilling teams to provide delivery capabilities
Talent for aligning client strategy and business objectives with your firm’s assets and capabilities
Advocate for the Partner's needs internally; managing any escalations and issues on projects being delivered by partners
Background in sales activities such as RFP response; ability to present project value-add, methodology and approach in a pre-sales context
Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including its phases and artifacts
