Inthis role you will be accountable for developing, implementing, andmaintaining training programs for Project Managers and their teams,ensuring alignment with corporate and industry best practices.Additional responsibilities include: developing and maintaining projectmanagement standards, methodologies, and processes within the PMO toensure consistency and quality across all NARGM projects. coordinationand delivery of training sessions, workshops and educational materials,(in person and on-line), relating to project management methodologies,tools and processes throughout the project life cycle. evaluatingtraining effectiveness and making necessary adjustments to improve thequality and impact of training programs.
