  The Life Insurance Account Manager role offers a variety of responsibilities, and we are seeking someone who 'gets' customer service and is looking for a challenging role in a fun environment. This role also offers the opportunity to serve as a bridge between Insurance Brokers and Carriers (Insurance Companies) through seamless customer service and support. Still interested? Manage full-cycle for life insurance application and investment cases from submission to broker commission Perform quality audits on all life insurance and investment applications received ensuring regulatory, carrier policies and HUB's procedures are met and complied with by the broker Identify discrepancies and address any issues with the broker and/or insurance carriers Provide underwriting feedback to brokers on carrier products, policies and requirements Consistently follow-up on cases and obtain medical vendor and carrier requirements from the brokers; communicate decisions to brokers Support brokers on new carrier policies, regulatory changes and HUB updates Build strong relationships with brokers in order to assist in streamlining their life insurance and investment applications and uphold service standards Assist brokers with their insurance and investment inforce business Process investment trades with accuracy and sending paperwork to the carriers. You will be successful in this role if you have: A positive attitude, the constant desire to help others, curiosity, and the ability to deliver a positive Broker experience Strong time management, organizational and prioritization skills Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite & most online meeting platforms Effective interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written) Experience working in the Life Insurance industry is an asset Experience using APEXA and WealthServ an asset Three to five years' related experience College diploma and/or university degree or equivalency Experienced in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs Working Conditions Normal office environment HUB Financial is a wholly owned subsidiary of HUB International - a leading North American insurance brokerage that provides a broad array of property and casualty, life and health, employee benefits, reinsurance, investment and risk management products and services through offices located across the United States, Puerto Rico and Canada.
