Production Lead

　　$20-22/hr

　　Highland Heights, KY

　　Description:

　　• Provide instructions and give directions to achieve the set objectives.

　　• Enforcement of all company and customer policies (GMP, food safety, employee safety, customer specifications)

　　• Ensure all departmental processes and procedures are being followed

　　• Train and coach staff. Manage performance and output.

　　• Serve as point of communication to department managers, Warehouse, and Transportation

　　• Effective decision making and problem solving skills

　　Skills:

　　Supervision, management skills, bilingual

　　Shift available:

　　1st and 2nd shift

　　Work Environment

　　It is a cold storage facility with some departments colder than others- 30-40 degrees throughout the warehouse. Candidates can wear anything they need and also give PPE (jackets, hats, etc)
