　　Providence Hood River Memorial Hospital is a full-service, critical-access hospital with a 24-hour emergency department serving five counties in the Columbia River Gorge.

　　Required Qualifications:

　　Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy or equivalent educ/experience.

　　Oregon Respiratory Care Practitioner License upon hire.

　　National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.

　　National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire.

　　National Provider PALS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire.

　　National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics within 90 days of hire.
