　　Main responsibilities will include:

　　Managing a portfolio of customers of varying sizes and complexity through their journey with automation and improve productivity by delivering a comprehensive system package for their specific needsBuilding strong operational relationships with all customers through their implementation of our productsDeveloping a deep functional understanding of the features and benefits of our products and work with the customer to demonstrate how these will provide value to their businessManaging customer interactions in a manner that establishes credibility and trust as a business advisor to a specified portfolio of accountsCollaborating cross-functionally to guide customers through an optimal customer journey ensuring strong satisfaction, high-level support of software utilization, and enable trueConstantly assessing each customer's level of adoption across the application and identify areas of improvementDetermining and direct customers to the relevant resources (documentation, training, or experts) to solve questions or issues in a timely fashion, requesting commercial coverage as appropriateUnearthing upsell/cross-sell opportunities working closely with sale

　　About you

　　Pharmacy background either as a dispenser or management/training role is desirableYour strong communication, organization and relationship building skills allow you to interface with all levels of the organization, while managing complex projectsYou pay strong attention to detail and have outstanding time management skillsYou have the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholdersYou are experienced in recognising, addressing and driving changes with understanding of business impactRemote & on-site work - travel required (approx. 25%)CRM tool management - SAP / Salesforce knowledge is desirable
