　　Position Overview

　　Oldcastle Infrastructure, is searching for a highly motivated Project Lead Specialist to support the organization's growth strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a new team! The Project Lead Specialist, reporting to the Lead Service Manager, will have primary responsibility to search for, qualify, track, and distribute publicly funded project leads, in support of the overall business goals of Oldcastle Infrastructure.

　　Key Responsibilities

　　Project Leads ManagementSourcing and researching potential project leads utilizing a variety of online research tools and databasesReview project bid documents, material specifications and construction drawings/plans to identify potential for Oldcastle Infrastructure productsUpload key data into CRM databaseReport project information and track project statusManage incoming requests from operations and commercial teamsMaintain consistent communication with estimators and sales representatives, ensuring that requests are completed and distributed in an anticipated timeframe

　　Strong organizational, research and analytical abilityEffective presentation skills. Clearly communicates; written and verbalOccasional travel to project sites and manufacturing plants

　　Qualifications

　　Education and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or equivalent3 years or more experience (ideally in fields such as Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building Materials manufacturing)Ability to understand engineered drawings, blueprintsExperience in lead generation beneficial but not essentialIntermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
