About Us: We are a Community Based Adult Service (CBAS) program licensed by the State Department of Health and Aging that offers medical and social services supports to a diverse range of clients. Since 1998, we take great pride in providing day care services to older and disabled adults to help them restore and maintain their optimal capacity for self-care, independence, and self-advocacy to prevent unnecessary hospitalization.

　　We are looking for a motivated candidate that can help provide Outreach to inform the community and target population of services provided.

　　Compensation:  $25.00/hr + admission bonuses, mileage reimbursement 

　　Hours:  9:00 AM - 1:00 PM, Monday - Friday, Part Time

　　Location:  14268 Telegraph Rd Whittier CA 90604

　　What You Will Do:

　　Track current participant absenteeism patterns and conduct follow-up calls to help improve attendance.

　　Conduct home visits to follow up on participant absenteeism.

　　Follow up on website and/or phone call leads.

　　Conduct facility tours to highlight services provided.

　　Market to residential care facilities and local community organizations.

　　Tracking Admissions and discharges of participants.

　　Collect intake paperwork from new participants.

　　Attend fairs and/or community events

　　What’s Required:

　　Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, or in progress. 

　　1 or more years of experience in outreach or community engagement.

　　Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

　　Ability to project a professional image.

　　Must be able to pass a health screen and background check.

　　What We Offer:

　　 Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, part time. 

　　Hourly compensation $25

　　7 vacation days, 40 hours sick time and 8 paid holidays per year.
