The position
By joining our team in CFO Functional Center of Excellence you will have the opportunity to:
Take part in project management, real estate and construction projects, including management of projects within agreed limits for time, cost and quality.
Be responsible for project management tasks including office establishment, construction of new premises and buildings and upgrading of existing properties in Norway and abroad.
Deliver projects in accordance with agreed frameworks, following internal and external requirements and guidelines.
Follow-up of project team and contractor work.
Contracting and managing consultants and contractors to ensure efficient and organised projects.
Safeguard the interests of the client and users throughout all project phases.
You

Bachelor’s degree within structural engineering / real estate or another related discipline and / or higher education in project management/construction trades.
At least 2 years experience as a project manager in construction and real estate development.
Knowledge and experience of current standards for contract, execution, and construction law - Norwegian Standard (NS standard) Construction Client Relations.
Good knowledge of HSE in project management.
Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in Norwegian and very good working proficiency in English.
Flexibility towards occasional travel is required.
