We arelooking for a Neuroscience District Sales Manager who wants to join aninnovative and dynamic sales organization and to make a difference inpatients' lives every day.Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, the DSM is responsible foreffectively leading, coaching and managing a team of 8-10 NeuroscienceAccount Managers. The DSM will be responsible for driving key strategicinitiatives and leading the strategy execution within their district. Thedistrict geography includes 8-10 territories that can cover one or morestates. The DSM will be responsible for driving business results througheffective cross-functional leadership and collaboration with SalesLeadership, Medical Affairs, and other key internal and external stakeholders.Education & Experience Requirements:Bachelor's Degree; Advanced degree a plus.10+ years in the pharmaceuticals industry with 4 years of Sales Managementpreferred.Specialty experience preferred: CNS, neurology, pain management, otherspecialty experience will be considered.
