Does that sound like you?The Opportunity with McKinstryWe are seeking a Project Executive to relocate to the Columbia Basin region and join our growing INW New Construction team. Are you passionate about leading projects in the built environment that have a positive impact? If you are inspired by working with a growing and passionate team, please apply!In this position you will own the Project Management of complex mechanical projects in healthcare facilities, schools, universities, office buildings, government buildings and data centers. You will lead client relationships and revenue oversight and be responsible for leading and developing a team. Additionally, some responsibilities you will have include:Project CoordinationLeading and coordinating projects from initiation to close outTracking current and future jobs while also projecting future staffing requirementsAssuming financial responsibility for projects including accurate, timely and relevant reporting to stakeholderMaintaining positive working relationships with building owners, contractors, consultants, vendors and partnersCommunication and Team ManagementServing as primary point of contact with our customers, architects, engineers and ownersInforming internal and external customers of new offerings and upgradesRecruiting, coaching and mentoring project team membersActing as a steward of McKinstry cultureSafetyUpholding and communicating McKinstry safety standards.Coordinating with Safety team to create and communicate site safety plan.Ensuring safety compliance of subcontractors and all on-site personnel.What You Need to Succeed at McKinstryDemonstrated proficiency for the responsibility of a Project Manager.Eight (8) years of experience in project management, building operations or other related field is required.Knowledge of construction concepts through a Construction Management degree or equivalent work experience required.Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specs, contracts, proposals, estimates, and other regularly encountered items required.Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.PCDD, CPM professional designation is preferred.Basic estimating skills preferred.Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with administrative experience.Physical ability to walk and manage construction job sites.PeopleFirst BenefitsWhen it comes to the basics, we have you covered:Competitive pay401(k) with employer match and profit-sharing planPaid time off and holidaysComprehensive medical, prescription, dental, and vision with low or zero deductible options and low out of pocket maximumsPeople come first at McKinstry, and we go beyond the basic benefits with:Family formation benefits, including adoption and IVF assistance.Up to 16 weeks paid parental leave.Transgender inclusive benefitsCommuter benefitsPet insurance"Building Good" paid community service time.Learning and advancement opportunities via McKinstry University.McKinstry Moves onsite gyms or r
