We would like to welcome a Project Engineer to be part of our Life Sciences business in Singapore. The position will act as a Jacobs Representative towards the Client for information or decision relative to the assigned project – responsible for the overall aspects including the overall quality, schedule, cost, HSE, and human relations amongst the team members.
Technical/Functional Responsibilities:
Involves a complex network of interrelated activities necessary to move technical and engineering information forward to complete the design, construction and initial operation of the required facilities
Ensures coordination of efforts for major proposals, E/EPC / EPCMV contracts for services
Provide the solution to problems in the following phases of a project: project development/ process design/ detailed design/ engineering design/ drafting/ procurement/ construction/ start-up
Ensures project execution within the final objectives as determined by Jacobs’ management
Ensures project parameters are in line with legal requirements
Prepares and issues the project execution and quality plan
Ensures compliance with authority requirements
Adhere to the Jacobs organization procedures, the project execution and quality plan and project procedures
Here’s what you’ll need :
To be a successful candidate, you shall possess:
Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering with relevant experience and knowledge of Pharma, Bio, GMP, Regulatory requirements, and industrial specialized chemical EPCM project
Minimum 7 years of experience in engineering & contracting with a recent EPCM contract
Ability to work in a team and have good interpersonal skills
