Kelly® Professional & Industrial is seeking Machine Operators to work at a large manufacturing facility in Piney Flats, Tx.!
Schedules and Pay Rate:
Mon-Fri: 2nd Shift: 3p-11p/$16 or3rd Shift: 11pm-7am/$16.75 or Rotating shift: 7pm -7am/$16.75
Training on 1st shift for about two weeks, M-F/7am-3pm.

This position may a good fit if you:
Have a HS diploma or equivalent
Can lift of up to 50lbs consistently, walk/stand throughout shift
Able to read a tape measure is a plus!
Able to work in a fast paced environment

What’s a typical day as a Machine Operator? You’ll be:
Monitoring results and ensuring the quality of material and final products before leaving the work area.
Make ready and operate multi-unit web-fed rotary press to print bags according to written specifications.
Inspect material during production and adjust controls to correct faulty cuts or folds.
Replace cutting blades.
Clean, inspect and lubricate moving parts of press.
Make machine adjustments as necessary or maintain quality and production.
Change out formers, set up laminator when needed, set up Anti-Skid machine.
Put on thumb notch cutter. Set drum fingers to bag.
Set air pressure and position of draw rollers. Set electric eye to proper cut off of print positions.
Set PIV to tube length. Fill glue pots and install spot pasters and position seam unit.
Turn on and fill hot melt unit with proper adhesive.
Set seam, spot paste and hot melt to bag. Adjust delivery belt.
Set electronic eye to printed stock.
Check production order for packaging instructions, bundles, boxes, etc.
Complete daily production reports.
