Description:
• Completes engineering projects by organizing and controlling project elements and managing FEL processes.
• Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans and conferring with project management.
• Must have knowledge of project control/document control practices, software, SharePoint, standards, and procedures.
• Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements, assigning personnel to phases and elements, and reviewing bids from contractors.
• Determines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards.
• Completes technical studies and prepares cost estimates.
• Reviews MTRs for compliance with project deliverables and manage non-compliance issues with vendors.
• Vendor management and daily coordination of activities to drive project goals and objectives.
• Confirms product performance by designing and conducting tests.
• Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications, calculating time requirements, and sequencing project elements.
• Maintains project schedule by monitoring and tracking project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems.
• Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan, scheduling changes, and recommending actions.
• Controls project costs by approving expenditures and administering contractor contracts.
• Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends, recommending actions.
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Maintains project data base by writing computer programs, entering, and backing up data.
• Maintains product and company reputation by complying with federal and state regulations.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Processes incoming and outgoing design submittals, Requests for Information (RFI), Change Orders and distributes correspondence as required via defined process workflows.
• Planning, coordination and setup of meetings and development of meeting notes and distribution lists
• Coordinate, perform and facilitate sub-task within main project scope.
• Attend project meetings & develop project deliverables.
• Assist in cost engineering and tracking.
• Coordinate with and track purchase orders, invoicing, new vendor onboarding etc. activities to ensure material & labor needs are met.
• Coordinate with team members access to company platforms that are required for project delivery.
• Keep notes of ongoing permits, tracking of overall projects, track procurement activities and interface with numerous projects and personnel
• Coordinate with team members on Share Point platform.
• Assist team with providing documentation of project deliverables, charts, graphs, exhibits of work for project, etc.
• Interface with Wave and FEL programs.
• Coordinate the development of documents for FEL program including related FEL deliverable tracking and final disposition.
• Reviews and distributes contractor design submittal and material status tracking reports, maintains transmittal logs, project status reports, reference files and ensures ADM manuals of policy and procedures up to date.
• Coordinates with Contractor personnel, ADM Project Managers, and other functional Leads to ensure Mechanical Completion (MC1), System Handover (SH1), turnover packages and associated test records are properly completed and captured in ADM Project Completion Library.
• Other task and duties that are required to perform administrative duties on projects, to support the project teams and/or develop deliverables to execute projects.
• Capable of working overtime when required for project execution and/or FEL deliverables.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master of Science in Civil, Process, Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or other related discipline required.
• 3+ years of project experience working in the construction industry required.
• Experience with large manufacturing facilities construction sites preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite of tools, exposure to schedule software, preferably Primavera (P6) preferred.
