Job Description Ryan Companies is looking for an organized, innovative, collaborative and forward-thinking Project Designer to join our team! Ryan Companies uses a unique integrated delivery process that involves architecture, engineering, construction, development, real estate management and capital markets. Ryan's integrated process requires an individual to be able to work in a proactive and positive manner in tandem with local teams and cross regionally within a national design practice. Some things you can expect to do: Work in tandem with Client, Senior Project Designers, and Design Directors to analyze and develop projects Support the development of a design vision on projects and ensure the vision is maintained through all phases of design and construction Develop creative and innovative design solutions Prepare presentation materials Participate in and lead design reviews & charrettes To be successful in this role, you must have a Professional Architecture degree; Bachelor or Master of Architecture or Technical. Candidates with approximately 8 years of experience are most likely to be successful, however those with unique career experience or display clear potential for the role will be considered. Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch Up is required.
