The Project Delivery Intern is responsible for providing administrative andproject management support to grid scale wind, solar, and storage projectDelivery team staff. Successful execution of this position requires clear andconsistent coordination of multiple project stakeholders including projectmanagers, controllers, developers, contractors, vendors, andengineers. The successful candidate should possess the ability to successfullynavigate through and resolve complex problems.
Reporting to the Preconstruction Director, this position sits in Denver,CO, Houston, TX, Chicago, IL or Santa Barbara, CA is eligible for ahybrid work schedule.

What you'll do:Provide project management coordination and support for large and complexwind, solar, and storage projects during the pre-construction phase of theprojectSupport request for proposal (RFP) process for engineering, procurementand construction servicesSupport pre-construction activity including site studies, surveys,preliminary engineering, and estimatingSupport pre-construction Project Managers with various budgeting andaccounting activitiesWork various project stakeholders to ensure project schedules and costs aremanaged and tracking to planEstablish and maintain effective working relationships with all partiesinvolved as projects move from development into construction
What you bring:Must be actively enrolled in an accredited 4-year degree programMust have a 3.0 GPADemonstrated ability to be organized and work on multiple projectssimultaneouslyStrong Microsoft Software Applications skills (Word, Excel, PowerPointand Project)Superior communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to problem solve and achieve results by setting prioritiesResults oriented team player with the ability to work independently within alarge matrixed organization while effectively interfacing with the variouscross-functional employee groups
